Check out this new amazing blog by an amazing guy. You'll love it.

Locktender MEGAPOST

Okay, maybe not so mega, but still.

Keeping up with the ever increasing time between posts, it has now come to almost one pathetic post a year. Let's just pretend I have been busy...

Anyway, In case you do not know this band; these are pretty much the members of Men as Trees reformed into this new band. Post-rocky, hardcorey goodness. Seriously, goodness. The have put out two records and a bunch of splits featuring songs from these records so far, all of which you are able to download FREE OF CHARGE directly from these nice dudes. I will provide links for you. The effort and labor I go through for you guys...

Also, if you like them (you should), go buy a thing or two, or three. You can do so here.

That's it, enjoy.
See you guys in two years.

Mutilation Rites - I am Legion

Hell yes.

I'll admit I've never been a big fan of black metal, probably because I never really looked into it that much. But there definitely are a few bands out there that stand out to me. Mutilation Rites is one of them. Filthy thrashy black metal.

Throwers - Prosaic Materialists / Rudimentary Bodies EP

Time to pick this blogging thing up again, I guess.

I just ordered this record (converting paychecks to vinyl) and a sweet shirt.

Throwers are a band from Germany, they play dark and brooding hardcore. For fans of Zann, Tempest and Birds in Row (which all of you should be).

just friends.

Hi guys, guess what, I'm posting on here again.
So, recently, my very bestest internet bud recorded a bunch of songs in his bedroom which I now share on this amazing blog of mine because well, I'm just that kinda guy. If you are into Carissa's Wierd, Empire Empire and bands like that you can probably dig this as well. If Carrisa's Wierd was giving birth to an emo baby it would probably sound like this. Poetic. Also, if you like long song titles you'll be in for a treat.

My favorite song out of these is: Close My Eyes To See What We Could Be, Open My Eyes To See What We Are, part one. Can't wait for part deux.

So yeah, download this, listen to this and check out his Soundcloud for new songs, eventually.

Marionette ID - Alluvion

Hi everyone!

I'm back again with something that I should have posted quite some time ago, Marionette ID's new record - Alluvion. You might remember me posting their previous record a while ago. This is just as good if not better than their previous one, though a bit heavier. So if you're into post-rock-y stuff but not in the mood for full on post-rock, if you want something with a twist, you should check this and their other record out for sure! Also they're super nice dudes.
Did I mention this is a beautiful record?

If you like any of the bands I post on here, buy some of their stuff at their shows or their websites, to support them, you assholes.
